Yes, we want the technology experts you hire through us to feel like any other member of your team. The only difference is that you will pay our firm based in the US and we will pay the expert in the country that they reside in.  

The technology experts set their own rates and we add a small margin on top. The all-in rate is typically between $50 to $80/hr with outliers on both ends. There are no other hidden fees. 

The timeline for starting the engagement typically ranges from 1 to 4 weeks following the initial discussion, depending on the specific requirements. Additionally, the speed of the process is influenced by how quickly you can interview the provided candidates, tailored to your unique needs. 

There are no contractual obligations for a minimum amount of time but we strive to have long-term engagements. This is why we offer very competitive rates for high-quality technology experts. Our experts prefer working on long-term projects where they become part of a team. The minimum amount of time that we aim for is 6+ months but you can end an engagement at any point with one month`'s notice. 

The work performed by the technology experts is owned by the client.
