Welcome to Remgu. We operate a vetted talent network that connects senior technology professionals with companies seeking long-term engagements. By using our website or applying to join our network, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern your use of our website and services. Remgu LLC (“Remgu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our website and services. By using our website or applying to join our network, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.Our Services
Remgu connects vetted senior technology professionals with companies that need their services. We are committed to fostering long-term partnerships between the professionals in our network and our clients. Applying to join the network does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or any engagement. Acceptance into the network is at Remgu’s sole discretion and follows a multi-step vetting process.The Application Interview
As part of applying to join our network, you will complete an interview conducted by an artificial intelligence system. The interview records audio and video, generates a transcript, and produces a structured evaluation used to assess your fit for the network. You must provide explicit consent before the interview begins. By consenting and proceeding, you agree to the recording and processing described in our Applicant Privacy Notice.Evaluations produced by the AI system are reviewed by a member of the Remgu team. Decisions about your application are not made solely by automated means. You may request human-only review by contacting us.
You agree to participate in the interview honestly and on your own, without using external assistance, AI tools, or other people to answer on your behalf. We reserve the right to decline applications where we detect or reasonably suspect misrepresentation or the use of unauthorized assistance.
Anonymized and aggregated data from your interview, with personally identifying information removed, may be used to improve our evaluation processes and AI systems, as described in our Applicant Privacy Notice.
User Content
You may be able to submit content to our website, including your application materials and messages to us. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit that content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating our network, evaluating your application, and matching you with engagements, as described in our Applicant Privacy Notice.Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our website or services to:• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications.
• Infringe any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.
• Transmit any spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited messages.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harass or threaten any other user.
• Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our service without our written permission.
Violation of these Terms may result in rejection from or removal from the network.
No Guarantee of Engagement
Remgu does not guarantee that applying to or joining the network will result in any engagement, placement, income, or opportunity. Engagements depend on client demand, your qualifications, and other factors outside our control. Applying to or participating in the Remgu network does not create an employment relationship between you and Remgu. Any engagement arranged through Remgu will be governed by separate agreements specific to that engagement.Non-Discrimination
Remgu evaluates all applicants based on professional qualifications and fit for our network. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF OUR WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED EVALUATION, WHICH IS ONE INPUT IN OUR ASSESSMENT AND IS NOT WARRANTED TO BE COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. We reserve the right to assume, at our own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of our website or services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of our website or services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to these Terms of Service.To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our registered agent in Wyoming. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA’s rules are available at www.adr.org. Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.
Where mandatory local consumer or data protection law grants you non-waivable rights, nothing in this section limits those rights.
